Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain English, what Kyber Curator Designs (“we”) collects when you use this website, why, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

• Your cart: the items, options and quantities you add. These stay in your own browser (see “Cookies and local storage”) until you check out.
• Shipping address for rates: on the cart page you can enter your name and a US shipping address so we can show live carrier shipping prices.
• Order details: when you place an order, we receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items you ordered and the shipping service you picked.
• “Email me when you’re back” sign-ups: if the shop is paused and you ask to be told when it reopens, we save the email address you enter.
• What we never see: your card number or other payment details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe (see below).

Why we collect it

Only to price shipping, take payment, make and ship your order, contact you about it if we need to, and (if you signed up) let you know when the shop reopens. We don’t use it for anything else.

Who helps us run the shop

• Stripe runs our secure checkout page. Your payment details, email, phone and shipping address are entered on Stripe’s page, and we create a guest record with Stripe holding your name and quoted shipping address so they’re filled in for you there. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Shippo provides our live shipping rates and shipping labels. Your shipping address is sent to Shippo to get rates, and after you order, your name, address, email, phone and the items are sent to Shippo so we can ship your package. See Shippo’s privacy policy.
• Google Maps suggests addresses as you type your street address on the cart page, so the text you type in that field is sent to Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our order records and sign-up list. Like any web host, it handles your connection details (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. We only share what’s described above, with the services that help us take and ship your order.

How long we keep it

• Order records are kept so we can fulfil your order, help with any problem with it, and keep our business records.
• “Email me when you’re back” addresses are kept until we’ve let everyone know we’re back, and we’ll remove yours any time you ask.
• To stop spam and abuse, our forms keep a short-lived count of attempts from your connection. It’s deleted automatically about a day after your last attempt.

Cookies and local storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no analytics or ad trackers on this site. Your browser’s local storage keeps your cart so it’s still there when you come back. For the current browser session only, we also remember that you’ve already seen the floating droid on the home page, so he only drifts by once per visit. Clearing your browser’s site data removes both.

Asking us to see or delete your information

To ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us at kybercurator@outlook.com. We’ll still keep anything we’re required to keep for an order you’ve placed.

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
